On our way down to San Diego for the Labor Day weekend Friday night we just had to stop at one of our favorite places, Nick’s in San Clemente, for their amazing, incredible, delicious Buttermilk Fried Chicken and a Maple Manhattan. Served boneless on a mountain of whipped mashed potatoes with a buttermilk biscuit, country gravy and roasted sweet corn on the cob, it’s the kind of comfort food you don’t even have to need comforting to enjoy. Check out our website (link in our profile) to learn about Nick’s Maple Manhattan. Highly recommended!
